We Help You With Publishing
Formatting is not just about pressing "save as PDF." Most authors try to format their own books in Word and end up with inconsistent spacing, broken tables of contents, and images that shift. Others pay cheap formatters who deliver files that fail Amazon's quality checks.
At Author Publishers Hub, our formatting specialists know the technical requirements of every major platform. We handle both ebook (ePub, Kindle) and print (PDF, paperback, hardcover). We create clickable tables of contents, proper margins, embedded fonts, and optimized image placement. We also test your file on multiple devices before delivery. The result is a book that looks professional, reads smoothly, and never gets rejected.
The problem: You upload your Word document to Kindle Direct Publishing and the formatting breaks. Chapters start in the wrong place. Fonts change. Bullet points disappear.
Author Publishers Hub's solution: We convert your manuscript into clean ePub and Kindle files. We use proper HTML and CSS, not visual hacks. We create a clickable table of contents at the beginning and a logical navigation structure. We also test your ebook on a Kindle device, the Kindle app, Apple Books, and Kobo. Your book will look consistent everywhere.
What our ebook formatting gives you:
The problem: Your print book looks homemade. Margins are uneven. Headers float. Page numbers appear on blank pages.
Author Publishers Hub's solution: We design your print interior using professional publishing software (Adobe InDesign or equivalent). We set correct gutter margins, trim sizes, and bleed for full bleed images. We add running headers, proper chapter drop caps, and consistent spacing. We also ensure that no page ends with a lonely heading (widow) and no page starts with the last line of a paragraph (orphan).
How we build print interiors:
The problem: Your book contains charts, photos, or numbered lists. In the formatted version, tables break across pages badly and images appear in the wrong places.
Author Publishers Hub's solution: We hand craft all visual elements. Tables are rewrapped to fit your trim size. Images are optimized for print resolution (300 DPI) and ebook compression. Bullet points and numbered lists are styled consistently. Pull quotes and call out boxes are designed to stand out without disrupting flow. We also handle special elements like poetry, verse, or script formatting.
Our visual element process includes:
The problem: You do not know which formats you need. You are afraid of uploading the wrong file and delaying your launch.
Author Publishers Hub's solution: We start with a consultation about your publishing goals. Print only? Ebook only? Both? Then we request your final, proofread manuscript in Word or Google Docs. We perform a pre formatting check to flag any hidden formatting issues. Then we create your files in three stages: first draft for your review, final files after your approval, and tested files ready for upload.
What our process guarantees:
Book formatting thrives on precision, platform knowledge, and reader experience. Great formatting is invisible; readers only notice when it is wrong.

We treat your book like it will sit on the front table of a bookshop. Because it might.
